Amish Baked Oatmeal

- 1/3 cup butter, melted
 - 2 eggs
 - 3/4 c. brown sugar
 - 1 1/2 t. baking powder
 - 1 1/2 t. vanilla
 - 1 t. cinnamon or nutmeg
 - 1 c. + 2 T. milk
 - 3 c. oats (regular or quick)
 
- In 1 1/2 qt. dish, beat eggs well.
 - Add dry ingredients and mix well.
 - Add butter and milk, then add oats.
 - Stir well, and refrigerate overnight.
 - Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until center is set.
 - Serve hot with warm milk poured over.
