Crock Pot Lasagna




Crock Pot Lasagna

Lasagna no-bake noodles (I use probably only 4-6 broken up)
Cottage cheese or Ricotta Cheese
1-2 c. mozzarella cheese
Jar spaghetti sauce
Ground beef, cooked and drained (optional)


Layer in the crock pot, starting with sauce, then noodles, then cheese. Cook on high 3 hours, leaving lid off the last 30 minutes to solidify a bit.
