R's family's Ham and Tortilla Roll-Ups
- 8 tortillas
- deli ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can green chiles (I always skip)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 t. mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 dash seasoning salt
- Make the white sauce by combining milk, butter, flour, mustard and salts. Stir with whisk and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- On each tortilla, layer a few slices of ham, then a couple tablespoons of white sauce, and some grated cheese. Roll up and place in greased 13 by 9 pan. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cover with any remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
